Dumpster rental is for the rental period shown on the reservation. The dumpster must be accessible for pickup with no vehicles, trailers, or other obstructions blocking access. If access is not available upon arrival, a return pickup fee may apply.

Customers are not allowed to fill the dumpster with blocks, bricks, dirt, fire pit debris, stone, chemicals, hazardous waste, paint, tires, televisions, or similar restricted items unless previously discussed and approved. If restricted material creates a fee or fine, the customer is responsible for that fee in full.

Dumpsters must be filled level with the top. If a dumpster is piled high or stacked in a way that prevents safe tarping or transport, additional fees may apply.

The customer is responsible for fees associated with neglect, misuse, or machinery damage to the dumpster during the rental period. The customer is responsible for property conditions at the placement location. Demo Roll Offs is not responsible for damage to driveways, yards, roads, concrete, asphalt, or any area where the dumpster is placed.

Customer accepts these terms by checking acceptance, typing their legal name, and completing the reservation. Online reservations require a card payment or pay-driver-on-delivery selection. Extra fees after pickup may be collected separately.
